PIA of Florida requires all companies and/or representatives who solicit business from insurance agents to either be vendors or sponsors in order to participate in Agent Expo. Any non-exhibiting entity shall either obtain a sponsorship or pay a fee of not less than $750 to attend, and will receive the usual and customary benefits of exhibiting/sponsorship.
Vendor Cancellation Policy:
All payments must be received 1 month prior to the event or the reservation is considered forfeit. Cancellations received more than two months in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 2 months prior to the conference will receive a credit to be applied to a future conference minus a 20% processing fee. "No Shows" to the event forfeit all payments. Cancellations must be in writing and may be sent to Kim@piafl.org.
